Hi Sri,
I haven't tried them myself -- so this is just a suggestion -- but have you looked at the code samples available from Oracle's "Technet" (Web) site? I think this one may be relevant for you:
http://technet.oracle.com/sample_code/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/files/jdbc20/WTCollectionSample/Readme.html
And the "Technet" site also has discussion forums on many topics, including JDBC and even on the sample code. So if you have trouble with the above code sample, you can get help with that, too!
Unfortunately, I can't seem to log on to the "Technet" forums right now, so I can't give you the URL, however, the "home" page for the "Technet" site is:
http://technet.oracle.com
Another Web site where you may also find relevant sample code is:
http://asktom.oracle.com
Hope this helps you.
Good Luck,
Avi.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
