Hi friends i am using
1>I am using
IBM DB2 ODBC Driver 7.01.00.00 DB@CLI.dll
the problem is i cannot use the cursor & record set types other then the default one .I thing the driver supports only JDBC1.0.So can any one suggest where I can get driver for DB2 which supports JDBC2.0
2>The other point for which I would like to get some solution is I am connecting to database through CICS. So is there any way so that I can get data without using CICS directly from JSP on a page + the same page should also display the data which is coming through CICS ( for getting data through CicS I am using COOL:Gen servers.

I use the JTOpen toolbox that has a type 4 driver that I use to access my DB2 database. It is open source, free, and reliable. You can download it from here. However, it is recommended that you don't use the JDBC directly in a JSP page, but call a servlet to execute the JDBC code.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
