Hi,
I'm looking for a type 4 JDBC driver for Oracle 9.2. There are two drivers in the file classes12.jar. oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver and oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
Does anybody know what's the difference between both drivers?
Any suggestion is really appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Michel

Hi,
I think both these driver classes are same.
oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver is a new packaging structure for the OracleDriver class.

Hi Michael,
In case you are unaware, Oracle JDBC drivers can be downloaded from this Web page:
http://otn.oracle.com/software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/content.html
Hope it helps.
Good Luck,
Avi.
