Hi
I am planning on writing Oracle9i SQL certification and Sybex book lists thousand diff functions in first few chapters.
How important is it to remember all those functions. It doesnt make sense to memorize the syntax of all the functions.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

there is no need to remeber all the functions but you need to know some common ones though.
