Is it ethical to have a service bond from the employer ??? And what do you thing , should we sign the service bond or not ??

If company spending some money for your training or any other related things, definitely its ethical. For retaining employees some companys may have bonds like if they send you onsite for three months you need stay with company for 6 months. This kind of bonds is ok for me.
