Listing ODBC datasources?!?

Hi all,
Im trying to write a basic ETL/datapump tool and want the user to have the option of jdbc or odbc.
for the odbc option i want to present the user a list of all the currently registered odbc datasources in the system.... how can I get this information?
I eventually want the user to be able to edit the datasources that have been defined too, but that is not that important at the moment.
