I got a call to give a telephonic interview with accenture..I have 2 dayts to prepare... Its on j2ee along with some insight into ILogJRules engine..
Can someone tell me what these people really look into..? and waht kind of things(ur technical knowledge or past work experience) do they focus on..?In general, will it be very tough or normal..?
go to www.vault.com search for accenture. you'll find a lot of comments about the interview process for various positions. its a paid service so you might not see a great level of detail as a guest. hope that helps, amit

I attended Accenture interview a couple of months back. I had 2 years of J2EE experience. The inteview was pretty simple. They asked some basic core Java questions, Servlets , JSP's, SQL and SDLC. They never asked anything outside my resume. I had not mentioned Struts and EJB's in my reusme so I wasn't asked anything in that respect but people who did mention these things were asked questions on these topics. Don't worry about their interview it's pretty simple but don't write anything in your resume that you are not familiar with. HTH
I am appeared for the Accenture interview 10 months back and now working with them.
The interviewer ask u questions strictly based on whatever u have mentioned in the resume. But remember, whatever u r writing, u shud be thorough in that area...
