Beats me! But I have a call into the publisher and hopefully she can get hold of them soon.
But even if the authors don't show up we will still be giving away the books so keep asking (and answering) those questions.

Usually its not the authors who do the sending. In this case its probably Thomas.

I got a hold of the person who is the publicist for A-W. She had been out sick so she missed my frantic emails and phone calls. She has contacted the authors and they are on their way... we hope.
