getting html output stored in database

this is the table html2long with the fields.
BP_IDENT

My code :

The problem is that I get the acsii output for my longtohtml.html file.How do I Get
the text i.e the html file(<html><body bgcolor="#cccfff"><input type="text" name="tt"/><br/></body></html> ?

Well, you are reading the data in int by int. What you are going to write to the file are ints (i.e. the ASCII value of each char). You should look into BufferedReader and Writer. More efficient than reading int by int and doesn't do the conversion. BufferedReader also has a handy readLine() method that returns a String.

However, it might help if you would use the UBB Code Tags to format your code so that it is easier for everyone to read. I am editing your post so that you can see the difference. And it seems that you have been made aware of this before here. Yet you choose to ignor the request?
