I know CTS is good. They do pay salaries competitively. but not sure how good it is for 2 years exp It depends on your interest to move from product to sevices based company. Product based companies do pay more salaries, and you will gain domain knowledge.

I was interviewed in CTS 2 days ago. Technical interview went good. They filled up 8 pages information form & said I would be called for hr interview. Still no reply from them.

Does the recr. process takes so long?

It is in Golf View Campus, Wind tunnel Road, Airport Road. They moved into the building where Texas Instruments used to be.

You are expecting reasonable hike from your current sal so, 5L should be ok.
I guess CTS work culture is good, thats waht I heard.

If you heard some thing bad then may be you can check with any one who is working.

Finally did you get response from them?

5 LPA for 2 years is.......overwhelming!!! But your CTC itself is excellent....dunno where industry is headed. What should I expect for 6 years experience now? I was offered 5.2 L for 4 years experience 2 years ago and I thought it was very good!!!
