How I unload driver

We always load driver and take connection and close it, but we never unload the driver , why ?

Loading the driver allows the Driver to register itself with the DriverManager (this is done automatically, you should never need to do it explicitly). This is only done once, even if you load the Driver multiple times - it only loads itself when the Driver Class is loaded by the ClassLoader.
