regarding conencting oracle and winrunner 7.1

hi,
i am tryign to connect the oracle database so that i can run winrunnrt data driven test,what are the steps to be taken,i know that first we have create a database and tables and then export the views to winrunner 's data wizard, but how do i create database in oracle , how do i conenct it
