How many years of experience do you have? If its till 3 to 4 years, you will have a test based on Aptitude and/or Java. First round is pure technical. You will be asked about all the technologies you have worked on and core java. Sometimes they ask you about database concepts, UML methodology, SDLC related stuff (especially if you have a CS background). Second round is more technical + some puzzles to guess your analytically and problem solving skills (sometimes), your attitude, communication, projects you have worked on, your contribution in those projects etc. If you have 3 or 4+ years of Exp. Then, they assess your ability to handle teams, project management related skills, knowledge about organization level process etc. If you pass second interview, typically HR is not a problem. Only if your salary expectations do not match, then there would be a denial.
Hope this helps. Best luck for the interview.

Hi Arjun, For 5+ it can vary between 6.5 to 7.5 approximately. Again it depends on your performance in the interview and what special skills you bring in and your negotiation skills! Btw, how many years of exp do you have Arjun?
Organization level processes, project management skills, knowledge of CMM are definitely required. But CMM is definitely not the criteria to reject someone especially if the person is technically sound. Persistent does not stress on Six Sigma, its still CMM level 3 company
