ODBC connection for MySQL

I have a MySQL-front as database.
i want to refer it through JSP files.
i dont know how to make a ODBC connection for it.
pls help me out.

Why do you have to make an ODBC connection for it? I would recomend using Connector/J which is a Type IV JDBC Driver.
If you feel you must use ODBC for whatever reason, you will need to use Connector/ODBC.
