Security Violation

hi all,
I am running my application on tomcat 4.
I am getting this error.

Security Violation, attempt to use Restricted Class: sun.jdbc.rowset.CachedRowSet
java.security.Access Control Exception: access denied (java.lang.RuntimePermission access Class In Package.sun.jdbc.rowset)
