SQL Exception

My application is running in Websphere 5.0 and using Oracle 9.2.04. I have executed a query, while retriving the 18th column value, it has failed and thrown the following exception.
I have checked it is not a Data issue. Could it be related to Driver problem, because sometime I am getting failed to convert UTF8 to UCS2.
And this exception sometime it comes and sometime not.

Make sure you have compatible data type, especially its length. You can avoid it by using getObject() method.
