Can we have savepoint in transaction in java? or Is there any way to implement the same?

Are you referring to the "setSavepoint()" method in the java.sql.Connection interface?

I don't know if it will help you (and I am assuming you haven't found it, yet), but Oracle have an example of using "Savepoint" at their "OTN" Web site.
