JSP mysql Panther not working

Hi

I have just started to use mac os x panther with jsp and mysql but cannot seem to connect to a database... does any one no the code for connecting to a database in jsp for a mac??

is it any different from connecting on xp??

any help appreciated

Moving to the JDBC forum... (and I really can't think of why connecting to a database would be any different on different operating systems...)
