Connection Establishment problem with Oracle

hello all,

i am using a dsn to connect to the oracle server from the servlet. the following is the code that i'm using. this code works fine for about 15 connections to the server and on the increase of the number of users the connection further connections are not established.

Try closing the connection after your statement has been executed. Also, print out e.getMessage() or e.printStackTrace() upon exception. It could be that you have a single user license to Oracle. Oracle is very picky about their licensing.
