Hi all, Currently i am working in reputed MNC. but i am not getting good work to do. for last almost 1 year, I am just doing JSP development. I am really frustreted because of all this. And want to switch my job. So please guide me regarding what kind of company i have to select now? Can i go for any local company having only one branch? Also i forwarded my resume to many companies but not getting any reply from them. So please please tell me what should i do in such situation?
