Does anyone knows what "No start database manager command was issused" mean in DB2? Once awhile I get this error message. The connection test failed. [IBM][CLI Driver] SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019 For additional information, press the help button. Correct the problem described in the help message and retry.

Dong, That message means that the database is not up. In Windows, you can go to the control panel and start it. Another common problem, which will show up when starting db2, is that the password is locked out or expired. Again, go to the control panel and unlock the password.
