L&T in powai. The commute is killing !!! and the pay is just ok .not at par with industry standard

So many things to consider , good pay, decent projects, good work culture and good projects !!

I heard from people who work with MASTEk , they are ok in all aspects. Then Hexaware its stable..PATNI and L&T nobody likes.

In this scenario stable can be replace by good environment, HR policy, salary, working hours, facility.(Good at Mastek)

Patni is rude working hours and so L&T, regarding projects all are same but I guess L&T and Patni will not keep u in bench, they put you in any projects, whether that's match with your skill or not.
These are my assumption , based on interaction to friends, so may be wrong.
