Hi Friends,
This is the type of Error I get in the Weblogic Console... Please let me know how to get rid of this.Please..
Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=168821504)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))

Hi..
Sorry for the post of this Message.
I found why that has been occuring.... It's because the Database Name was given a wrong one.
I changed it and connection pool was created.
