Google conducted a descriptive written test + 7 rounds of technical interviews in my college..The emphasis was primarily on Algorithms and data structures and how optimized ur code(with regard to both time & space complexity)

Vetti Payan in Tamil means : Guy with out any work.
"Vetti Payan" (Workless fellow) does this display name sticks on to java ranch naming standards ?

As you announced it is "fictitious name", now your name is invalid as per JavaRanch naming policy.

No it is not a Fictious Name..It is my real name..For that matter most of the indian names have a meaning..(example)..The guy who reported me (ie)Srinivasa raghavan

Srini means Sugar
Raghavan-raga-->means song

So his name mean A guy who sings sweet songs...
So then that is also fictious..

Srini means Sugar .. No . I dont agree.
I think you have mis understood the word fictitious.

"Srinivasa Raghavan" is not fictitious but "Sharp Guy" or "Workless fellow" is..
Even I can prove that this is my original name. I can publish my SCJP Certification.

Also google for my Name you 'll see more people with this name. But when i googled for "Vetti payan" I got this web page in ranch

I've seen detailed Google's interview description in some Russian board, so if you read Russian, then you can get a good information about what to expect.
