You can either directly query the Oracle data dictionary, or you can use the "java.sql.DatabaseMetaData" class.

If you want to get info by using query then you can execute query on user_constraints

SELECT * FROM USER_CONSTRAINTS
 
OR
 
SELECT CONSTRAINT_NAME FROM USER_CONSTRAINTS WHERE TABLE_NAME = ''
