Advice on Database modeling ?

I am looking for a visual design tool for designing my hsqldb database
(tables as box and so on..).
It must also let me to add data to the tables in usable way.

I tried eclipse,openoffice and together but eclipse and together dont connect to database.

Can you recommend some others?

it is a full uml suite plus very good ERD modeling and ORM source generation
