Hi Arghya,

If you are not concerned about money go for TCS.

KJ,
Could u please elaborate on your choice of TCS over ibm. I am exactly in the same fix, with ibm offer from campus and tcs through my final year project work, finishing this May.

Thanx,
Shankar

Shankar, TCS training is very good. Company is more stable. Also longterm onsite opportunities will be more in TCS. Your job is more secured compare to IBM.

But workwise I cannot say exactly as it depends in which project & department you are going to work.

I'll suggest that you join in IBM. Then after 1-2 years, move to TCS. Then you can command a higher salary in TCS (compared to what you'll get in TCS after 2 years if you join now). Moreover, if you change job in future, IBM stamp in your CV will look more valued than TCS (especially if you plan to settle overseas in future).
