I have this version of MYSQL mysql-essential-5.0.19-win32.
But I can't connect to it. I couldn't even setup a DSN name. There is no DRIVER for MYSQL, What should I do?

I want help.

Read the documentation.
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/connectors.html

Assuming you're using Java, you don't want a DSN, you want to use the type 4 thin driver (which MySQL calls Connector/J).

You can download it here:
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/3.1.html
