Does Oracle JDBC-OCI driver support mutual authentication between DB server
and client using digital certs? I know it support SSL connection between client and db server, but all I need is the authentication, not the encryption.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
