Hi,
I am having 2 yrs Exp in Java/J2EE (Core Java,JSP,Servlet,JNDI,JDBC).
I am SCJP with 100% and having knowledge of J2EE technologies listed in above bracket.
Now i want to change my job for more challenging work nd Money....
How is job market as per my exp nd profile ???
How much i should expect ??? 4.8L is okay ??
My Current CTC is 2.90L....

Well, 3 LPA to 4 LPA is more or less industry standard these days. Some good companies may pay you upto 5 LPA. Above that is exception -- but there are many companies paying that much these days.
