Dear sir i would like to know that

Type 2 drivers require native database client libraries to be installed and configured on the client machine.

Here what does mean by the native datbase client ?


would you explain me that where we used typ1 typ2 type3 and type4 driver. I have to teach the student.

For example,native database client of Oracle will be oracle client program...
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
