Hi all,
I have almost two years of experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, XML. I am looking for a switch from my current company. Please suggest a good option for me.

Good option depends on your personal preferences like you want more money, domain, location etc., So we may not able to suggest until unless we know your personal preferences.

Look for technology used and pay. try to find a project which uses
Spring, Hibernate Tapestry or JSF, JMS etc. In IT you need to keep your knowledge current.

Hi,

I work for a big organization. The reasons i want to shift is that there is a big queue for any kinda onsite opportunities here and moreover my salary is gonna increase a great deal eventhough i am ready to wait. I am looking out for a better pay also a place where onsite opportunities are more than a handful.

Kindly give me your suggestions.

Thanks and Regards,
Venkatesh

Hi,

I think with your skill sets you can get good oppertunities from many places. First try to get a interview calls from other companies. I think later you can decide about other options like more salary and onsite.
