Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to add data to an existing excel worksheet. I've established the connection but am not sure where to go from here. Are there any good resources or code examples that might be helpful for a beginner dabbling in Java and spreadsheets? Thanks!

Are you using a JDBC driver that treats an XLS file like a database? If so, doesn't the documentation talk about this? I'm asking because an XLS file is quite unlike a relational database, so how to do anything with it would differ from how you'd do the same to a database.
