Hii all,

iam trying to connect to postgresql from my webapplication. i have configured my tomcat server for jndi. i have added the jar postgresql-8.0-318.jdbc3.jar but my container is not recognising the driver. iam getting this exception:

i can connect to the database from other applications.Do i need to add anyother jar files?

Thanks

Where do you add the jar file?
you should put it somewhere that your container can pick up when it starts.
for example in your global classpath or inside tomcat common lib folder.

hope it helps
