How do I print out the associate fields of a ref cursor?

Hi My question is really more for those SQL Plus DB gurus..
my code in JDBC is following


It returns a RefCursor in Oracle...How do I go to SQLPlus and print out each the field??

That would not work, would it? g_out is a cursor, and I want to print out and inspect the field name....

Can somebody shine some light on this for me?
