They are charging 65000/- for filing H1-B US visa and 35000/- for flight if everything goes fine and then they will put the candidate in their guest house, provide food and arrange the interview till one get the project. After getting project, the compensation will be 48000 USD per annum.
On the other side, they will not return 65000/- if one can't clear visa interview or don't go after getting visa (this one is perfectly fair).
Please advice.

I guess, The H1-B quota has just started.
He said, in October or November you will be in USA if all goes fine.

One more is GCG, but they are asking for 2500 USD.
I also have an offer from Vision Systems Group. I don't have much information about the company. Is anybody already going to work in this company? Any information from you is highly appreciated!

Dont go for GCG. They are the big suckers. I have been part of this crap. You better search for some good consultant like new Jersey consultants

Why wouldn't they return your 65k if your visa is rejected for none of your mistake..
Do all the consultancies do like this or they return the money if the visa is rejected?
