IBM Banglore ...Quries ..please Help ...KJ Reddy and all

hi all,

My self Navin Ganetra i am working with midsize comapany at Ahmedabad.
I am having 1 Yr 9 months exp (Approx 2 yrs).
I just atteneded telephonic Interview with IBM Banglore today.
I have also cleared SCJP 100% and having very sound fundamentals on Core Java,JSP,Serlvlet,JDBC,JNDI..etc.
I hope i will get HR call with in a week.

This recruitment is for TCMG Quality group at IBM Banglore.Now my query regarding IBM is....
1. My CTC is 2.90L in Ahmedabad and almost all in hand...How much i should expect from IBM ??
my expectation with IBM is 4.8-5.0...
2.How is work culture and Groth with IBM Banglore and this TCMG Quality group.
3.I am having 3 months notice period ...so if i will selected ...with IBM Wait for me ?
4.is IBM right company for me as i mentioned my profile above.

I need your ppl's suggestion,views on this turn of my career.Specially KJ Reddy...please throw some light on it..

You can tell your expectation but they may not give you that much hike. You can expect 30 to 50% hike on your current salary. When you tell your expectation HR will ask you why should they give you such a big hike.

They may not wait you and they will ask you to pay money for the days you fail from notice period and reimburse once you join in IBM. I am not sure about this but you can find.

Depends on your personal preferences.
