How to get the RowId of speciifc row of a particular column

I not able to solve this particular query i.e., to get the RowId from the database of specific row.
Please solve my query at the earliest.

rowid is Oracle specific. Is it Oracle you are using? If so, just include it in you query, e.g. :
select ROWID, foo, bar from table
