I am using Eclipse IDE and Microsoft SQL Server 2000,I am facing problem in connecting database in SQLExplorer perspective.I am not able to conncet databse.

I am able to find the correct jars for connection of Microsoft Sql Sever with Eclipse.Having problem with url also.

What problems? Are you getting an exception? Have you read through the Micrsoft SQL Server Driver documentation?
