Is HF-SQL describes only ANSI Standard SQL or It elaborates how to use SQL for a DB. For instance Oracle?

Primarily ANSI-SQL with a slight leaning toward MySQL in some examples. Syntax is easy, concepts are hard, and that's where this book goes.
