REMINDER FROM THE MODERATOR

I've been seeing lots of questions lately about interviews, companies, pros/cons of certain decisions, etc. There is something common in all of them--they are location specific. The answer to these questions really do depending on where you are: US, India, Pakistan, UK, EU, Canada, etc. When asking a question, please be sure to include your country in the question (not necessarily the subject).

No point really, 99.99% of the posts are from Indians.

Probably true, but not all of them are asking about companies in India.

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.

True, but the queries always not related to India, so it is good idea to mention about location. If you do not mention the location you may not get exact response.

One thread I remember is:
http://www.coderanch.com/t/30613/Jobs/careers/Has-anyone-attended-Accenture-technical

Here the thread intiator asked about Interview process Accenture, I just thought Accenture, India. But after my message he mentioned that Accenture, UK. Definitely there will little or more difference in the interview process in each location.
