could anybody suggest that what will be the best option to authenticate and authorize user in oracle Database through java program.So far we are authenticating through LDAP but now wanted to do in Oracle.Any idea/suggestion/good links or sample program will really helpful.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
