Good every time friends;
I'm a student so my thesis is writed based on rule-based Expert System in Artificial Intelligent field,which is build on Knowledgebase.I use MYSQL server then I can build database .But not built knowledgebase.
You can help me building knowledge base and then KB connect used with java.

This question is hard to answer because it is such a large topic. What have you tried so far? What have you read about knowledge bases? Have you started on a design?
