I appeared for Infosys interview.
I gone through Technical interview.
Afer that I had HR interview.
But in HR interview, that HR representative not even asked me about my expectation regarding package. and told me that I will get result in 2 weeks time.
So I just want to know what is the actual procedure?
Are they asking our expectation regarding package at the time of HR interview?

they wont ask you anything, they are complacent with the fact that they are a dream company, and people are dying to join their company, which is far from true.

Hey,
This company is in total chaos. I also have got selected for Technical Specialist, they had promised me to release the offer letter in 10 Days, but I am still waiting and it is almost 13 Days. This is not a dream company now.

It never was. May be 10 years back when there were not many MNCs. I wonder how they consistently manage to win the 'dream employer' award every year

The company is a big brand and there are a lot of people especially freshers for whom getting into Infosys is a great start. My brother too is placed there. But the worrying factor would be the gradual dilution of the brand. There was recently news of the ratio of freshers to seniors in the company being around 7:3..perhaps even more. Also attrition rate has increased from 6% a couple of years back to 11% now...
