Hi - I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the authors for the ongoing, excellent work - on *all* the titles in the Pragmatic Programmer series (of which I have several on my bookshelf, in addition to other "Pragmatic" titles I've purchased electronically over the years). One other thing I'd like to note: a good friend of mine just finished his MSc in Computer Science ... developing a Ruby on Rails application. The first edition of your book, "Agile Development on Rails", was one of his primary references. Thank you very much ... ... and please, keep up the great work! Sincerely .. PSM

That's very kind: I really appreciate it. We've got some neat titles coming out over the coming months: ava progrmers in particular will appreciate Rails for Java Programmers, which is a fast track was for Java developers to get up to speed with Rails.

I agree kudos, Programming Ruby is one of my favorite books out there. Thanks a lot for making one of the finest Ruby texts available. Hoping to buy Agile Web Development with Rails and The Pragmatic Programmer soon. Keep up the excellent work.

I just bought Rails for Java Developers; so far so good. I'm not quite deep into it yet, but I'm liking it as much as AWDwR...
