I believe you are mistaken. You may not ask direct questions about any company, whether you name the company directly or provide so many hints as to remove any doubt. Post cannot relate directly to a company whether you name them or not.

And, by the way, I was the one who trashed your post. We're not going to keep updating the wording of the policy everytime someone finds a new loophole to get around it. Since the policy has started people have given out the address of companies, the name of the company's flagship product, and now the number of letters in their name. All of these posts were closed or removed.
We don't want those discussions to take place here.
