I came to U.S on B1 last november to analyse my company's client's new project proposal. Now we got that project. So my company filed extension for B1 and fresh L1B petition simulataneously. Now I got the L1B visa for three years. But, they said they will pay minimal salary. So I want to change to one consultancy firm. Now my questions are,
1. If I change my visa from L1B to H1B with Change of Status immediately after getting L1B. Then will it create any problems while H1B stamping?
2. If no for first question, what kind of questions anticipated during the H1B interview?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi
1. I don't think it creates any problem to get H1 from L1 though you have fresh L1. But, remember you are eligible to get H1 from 2007 quota which is going to end.
2. Qestions depends on your luck..I dont think it is a problem to get H1 Visa, If you have good back ground in terms of Exp and Education Qualification
There are some of my friends applied for H1B[Through US Comapnies] Who are currently working on L1.
But, I suggest you to choose good employer..
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
