Seeing unrelated questions for a particular forum, should I need to answer the question or I need to answer it after it got moved to related forum by moderators?

You don't need to answer any questions; only the one's you'd like to.

If a question is posted in the wrong forum, it'd be helpful to the moderators to point that out, and then you can go ahead and answer the question if you'd like. Your answer will be moved along with the question to the apporpriate forum.
