Mysql 5.0 error

MySql database gives Too Many Connections Error.
My Application is using mysql database. and in every page i have close the connection. Even if one user is surfing the site it give the Mysql Error: Too Many Connections.
Any suggestions???

You probably are not closing any connection. Try without closing any connection at all. It should be stateless and so shut down every time the query is done. Something like that!?
