This week's book giveaway is in the Agile and other Processes forum. We're giving away four copies of The Mikado Method and have Ola Ellnestam and Daniel Brolund on-line! See this thread for details.
Without knowing anything about the technologies or locations you want it is not possible to provide detail. I'd say "good".

Hi David,
Thanks for ur reply.
I'm BE + MTech (Information Technology) from RMIT University from Melbourne. I hold Australia PR. But since then I'm working in India. PR is still valid for next 3 yrs. I hold 2.5 yrs exp in C, C++, VC++ and 1 yr in non-IT as Technical Cust Support. Now a days planning to go back Australia if s/w market is good there. I'm open to go in any city like Melbourne, sydney, Brisbane, Perth etc. Now what u say chances getting job thr in current situation?
Why didnt u work there after graduating from university.?? I feel that thats usually the best way. I think the s/w industry has always been good there but what seems to be tougher is immigration, ther very picky I think.
